Description: Made in a way that the producer calls a ‘perpetual cuvée’ a wine that changes over time. Basically simplified version of the Spanish Solera system. Each year wine is added to a tank that already contains wine from up to ten previous vintages; wine is then bottled from that tank every six weeks.
Fresh notes from the young Pignoletto, nutty notes from the Pignoletto that has had more time in the tank. There will be subtle differences depending on which bottling you get your hands on.
