Description: An experimental project, Ceppaiolo is a place where they never make the same wine twice - rather they taste the grapes and decide off the cuff what to make that year. This year’s sparkling, of which only 1400 bottles were made, is a complex, fruity and herbal white of real finesse - made from a field blend of Malvasia, Trebbiano, San Colombano and Uva Pecora. A wild wine of soft citrus, stone fruits and spice with a perfectly balanced toasty finish.
